Reps. Darin LaHood (R-Ill.) and Suzan DelBene (D-Wash.), along with 114 bipartisan cosponsors, recently introduced NAHB-supported legislation that will improve the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit and enable builders to increase production of much-needed affordable rental housing.
